Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging are intact.

• The item is not damaged by the customer.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Products damaged after delivery.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

• Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection:

• Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

• Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by GLUETON.
